2023 LOME Santo

Pale amber. Complex aromatics of stewed nectarine, quince, fig and tangerine zest. Lusciously textured yet held in check by a firm, refreshing line of acidity, never cloying. Long and persistent, with notes of salted caramel, toasted nuts and candied orange peel.
